We get it, sometimes a situation arises that requires you to cancel an order. This might be the result of:

• A lost or recently damaged item
• A buyer requesting cancelation pre-shipment
• The item having been sold on another medium

If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

 1. Go to your orders page and toggle to 'sold'

 2. Navigate to the order in question and click '?'

 3. Click "Cancel this Order" and that's it!

In order to see this option, make sure you're on the newest version of the app!
